SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because we offer a mix of print-on-demand apparel and limited in-stock items, processing times may vary depending on the product(s) ordered.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.


PRINT-ON-DEMAND APPAREL

Some of our apparel is made to order through our print-on-demand partner.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time after production: 3–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

Print-on-demand items are created specifically for each order and cannot be expedited once production has started.


IN-STOCK ITEMS 

In-stock items are packed and shipped directly by Davis Fishing Company.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days

Inventory for these items is limited, and availability is first-come, first-served.


SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or postal delays

  • Events outside of our control

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Davis Fishing Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
